1. Payments

50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due on the day the job is completed. Payment must be finalised on the day of completion. If not received, a follow-up call will be made after 24 hours, and a second after 72 hours. If payment remains unpaid, the account will be referred to a debt collection agency and fees may apply.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

48 hours’ notice is required. Failure to notify us in time will result in a non-refundable deposit. We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Wet Weather Policy

Jobs may be postponed due to heavy rain, lightning, or high winds, at our operator’s discretion. We will contact you to reschedule.

4. Scope and Duration

Quote includes a maximum of 2 hours (including 80 mins of active cleaning). Extra time is billed at $110/hr.

5. Gutter and Downpipe Services

Includes vacuuming all accessible gutters and downpipes. Persistent blockages will be referred to a licensed roofing plumber.

6. Tree and Branch Obstructions

We do not cut or remove tree limbs. If access is blocked and work cannot proceed, a call-out fee will apply.

7. Gutter Debris Classification

Debris is classified as Standard, Medium, or Gross. Gross debris may exceed time and incur additional hourly charges.

8. Property Coverage

Quote covers the main dwelling only. Detached structures are excluded unless quoted separately.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure access, secure pets, and make water/power available. Additional charges may apply if delays occur.

10. Leaf and Debris Disposal

Debris will be left neatly in your garden unless you request removal for a $15 fee.

11. Pets and Animal Safety

Please secure all animals for the safety of both your pets and our team. We are not responsible for distress or escape.

12. Access to Property

If we cannot access the property, a call-out fee may apply, and the job will be rescheduled.

13. On-Site Variations

Extra requests on-site may incur additional charges and will only be completed if feasible.

14. Health and Safety

Unsafe sites (e.g., unstable roofs, aggressive animals) may result in service refusal or postponement. Please notify us of any risks.

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control such as extreme weather, disasters, or outages.

16. Dispute Resolution

Issues must be reported within 5 business days. We will respond within 3 days to resolve the issue. Disputes may be referred to mediation if unresolved.

17. Privacy and Data

Customer data is used only for service purposes and never shared unless required by law.

18. Workmanship Guarantee

We guarantee our work for 5 business days post-service, excluding issues outside our control.

19. Liability

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, deteriorated structures, or inaccessible blockages.

20. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of unsafe conditions, inappropriate behavior, or scope changes.

21. Media and Promotion

With consent, we may use photos (no identifying info) for promotional purposes.

22. Agreement

By booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
